Canada Life Mutual Fund shelf finished 2022 as the 2nd best-performing shelf in the industry with 64% of funds performing above the median, impressively outperforming the big banks, Fidelity, and all our insurance peers. Over 3 years, results are equally strong with 63% of CL Funds performing above the median.
Canada Life Seg Fund shelf marked its 3-year anniversary in November and performance has been impressive with 74% of funds performing above the median. CL Seg Fund shelf also ranks as the 2nd strongest performing shelf over 1 year.
Canada Life’s performance & industry rankings have consistently improved through both risk-on (2021) and risk-off (2022) market environments, which is a testament to the diverse nature of the shelf and how it’s designed to compete in various markets.
Canada Life Risk-Managed Portfolios (RMP) reached their 2nd year anniversary in November and over the past 1- and 2 years 100% of RMP’s are ranked 1st or 2nd quartile (seg and mutual funds).
Canada Life Sustainable Portfolios achieved its 1-year anniversary in 2022 and performance has been strong, relative to ‘like’ sustainable peers, ranking in the top 3 best-performing relative to their ‘like’ sustainable peers.
